Event Cancellation Letter (24/5/2016)

Dear all,
We regret to inform you that “Listen To Your Eyes” music party, scheduled for May 28, 2016, has been cancelled due to the recent new additional security requirements from government which have not been applied to any concerts at the venue in the past.
We have consulted professionals and have been trying in communication with government agencies to resolve, but to this date we cannot be fulfilled in time.
We apologize to all audiences who had been anxiously waiting for this day, and especially to those who planned to travel from other cities. However, we had to make a hard decision to cancel the event at this time to mitigate the damages for everyone involved.
We do express apology once again for this cancellation which was not at all anticipated and for the inconvenience caused.
